Through the rush of life, I have learned several things along the way. Putting yourself first is a must & trusting your body is essential. I stumbled upon a gut health system that has changed my mind, body and soul. I am happier and healthier than I was in my 30s. I am thrilled to have to opportunity to share my journey with all of you.

Meet Monica

My name is Monica Schroeder. A 40ish wife, BUSY mother of 2 teenagers, educator and coach. I have been through the ups and downs of raising kiddos and balancing life.

I have struggled for years with IBS, low energy, sugar cravings and weight gain. Stress and anxiety were taking over my life. It took a few health scares for me to finally put ME first

I decided in 2020, that I needed to make some big changes in my health and wellness. Enter GUT Health. I found a simple system that balances my gut and allows my body to work the way it was intended. I am off 4 prescription medications for stress and anxiety. I am regular for the first time in my life & I have lost 15 pounds without a crazy diet.
